BFR’s Collaborative Coaching & Consulting program has proven to be very popular over the last few years. Seven or eight directors will bring us their current organizational problems, and in small groups we will coach each director to help them get clear about, and address, the issue. The purpose is to help the director get clear, and work through, a current issue in order to advance their organization.
The challenges the Directors bring will be typical organizational design and development issues, relevant to both for-profit companies or non-profit organizations. The challenges for 2018 include succession planning, Board orientation and management, organizational culture change and diversifying revenue streams.
