BUSTING BURNOUT: HELPING CLIENTS REDISCOVER THEIR JOY
Tuesday, September 12 4:30-6:00 pm ET via Zoom.
Presenter: Debra Doroni, Executive and Leadership Coach
Even before COVID-19, the United States was experiencing an epidemic - workplace burnout.
Reports suggest that as much as 78% of employees feel burnt out. Burnout leads to absenteeism, reduced productivity, high turnover, and poorer employee health. Research has shown that burnout in the healthcare industry results in increased medical errors, reduced patient satisfaction, poorer quality of care and patient outcomes, and higher costs, estimated to be approximately $4.6 billion per year attributable to physician burnout alone.
It doesn’t have to be that way. In this session, Deb will show you how to help your clients and teams experience more satisfaction, success and joy in their professional and personal lives.
