You will leave the session with the following: \n\n	Tools to recognize and address power plays in your teams and groups.\n	Insight into next-generation change management trends, methodologies and practices.\n	Practical processes to transform complaints into productive conversations and actionable outcomes. \n\n\nPresenters\nCecile Green is a visionary, entrepreneur, experiential philosopher, and farmer with a passion for assisting mission driven organizations achieve their visions. Cecile has participated in over a dozen organizational launches and built from the ground up four successful businesses. She holds a B.S. in Community Supported Agricultural Systems and has two and a half decade of experience in entrepreneurial environments. \n\nAs an innovator and creator of COLLAB, Cecile has been researching and experimenting with questions of power, systems of decision-making and efficient operations for over 20 years in both academic and experiential arenas.  She provides training and facilitation in COLLAB to mission driven organizations from hospitals to colleges, and small business to nonprofits. Cecile is the author of the book “Collaboration that Works: A Ruthlessly Practical Handbook for a Generative World,” a training manual which summarizes her research and introduces these tools for practical application in organizations. \n\nCecile was raised in Istanbul Turkey for 10 years as a child where she learned French in an embassy school and spent hours exploring ancient ruins and the waters of the Aegean. In her spare time, she enjoys the wilds of Vermont, dancing, and building beautiful homes and gardens.\n\nJan Sage is a Learning Experience Designer who infuses learning with serious fun, personal storytelling, intense engagement and transformational results. She has been designing and delivering training for academic, corporate, and non-profit clients for 18 years on topics such as Onboarding, Career Planning and Leadership Development.
