She has a doctorate in human development and psychology from Harvard. Susanne is also a founding member of Ken Wilber’s Integral Institute (2000) and an elder of its community. She sees herself as a benevolent skeptic as she likes to question any certainties espoused in the field of vertical development and consciousness studies. At the same time, she remains fascinated by fundamental questions of knowing and meaning.\n \nShe travels world-wide to facilitate learning about human development, works as a consultant and coach for organizations with a developmental mandate. She certifies coaches and scorers in using ego development theory to provide tailored coaching. Since 1980, Susanne has researched, refined, and expanded the use of Sentence Completion tests. To this day, she enjoys assessing “The MAP” herself, as each MAP opens the window into another human being’s inner world.\n \n \Location:\nVirtual\n \n ,
