Are you ready to get out from behind your computer screen and engage with colleagues face to face? After 3 long years of virtual meetings, the BFR is hosting its first in-person event post-pandemic. We are excited to bring back our popular, interactive gatherings and hope you will join us for some live, in-person fun!
What better way is there to break the ice than sharing our favorite ice-breakers! We/facilitators rely on these short, engaging activities to warm up participants, foster intimacy, and break down barriers. But despite how important these activities are for the success of our programs, many of us end up using the same activities over and over. If you’re interested in new ideas and looking to add a few new tools to your ice breaker toolbox, join us!
Please note: ID Required; Masks optional
We’ll be:
Breaking some bread (salad+ provided )
Dusting off our in-person networking skills
Getting to know each other in a fun, interactive way
And expanding our repertoire of ice-breaker techniques!
Want to lead an activity?
We’re looking for 3-4 volunteers to share their favorite tools and techniques. If you know a great ice breaker and would be willing to guide the group through a 10-15 minute activity, we’d love to hear from you! Please email Sadie@lvlupc.com with your name and activity.
