Last week Maya Townsend posted an inquiry about helping people identify and articulate their triggers.  She received an incredible set of responses and recommendations; you may have seen the compilation - so we thought we'd host a conversation about this topic.  We invite everybody, whether or not your submitted a response.

This was Maya's inquiry:
My client/CEO and I have been talking about ways to help people identify and articulate their triggers (what causes them to become rigid, uncomfortable) and their response patterns (how they react when triggered). I've thought of using the FIRO-B, DiSC, and MBTI, although I'm not sure any of the three is the right tool for this conversation. I've also considered a narrative activity where they inquire into their behavior patterns. I feel like there's something obvious that I'm missing about how to get at this conversation of triggers and reactions.
