After leaders understand their personal style and master their job competencies, they must assess and leverage their business realities.  Developing these internal strengths is essential but not sufficient.  External or context mastery is also critical.
More than 75% of CEOs are concerned with the shortage of critical thinking, mental agility, and strategic insights. This session presents a groundbreaking situational framework using six results-oriented lenses that enable leaders to make the right call at the right time for the right results.
COVID-19 reveals the need to analyze and address dynamic situations. During this presentation, 6 situational mindsets are defined, a situational checklist shared, and a case to apply the model will be discussed.
Objectives
  1. Examine how adding situational mindsets improves outcomes
  2. Learn how a mindset checklist improves engagement, prevents blind spots and delivers results
  3. Explore a case where objective situational mindsets improved executive team effectiveness
