Need help bringing engagement & interactivity into your online meetings? Izzy says: Well, so do I. Which is why I've adapted a number of improv games to open up discussions on different topics, such as leadership, dealing with change, team building and corporate culture. My goal is to demonstrate how to confidently incorporate improv games into your practice.
My objectives for our time together are simple ones. You will:
Learn how, why and when to use 3-4 improv games within a virtual session.
Recognize what beliefs ("self-talk") get in the way of your embracing interactive experiences in your program design.
Izzy Gesell was one of the first to bring "applied Improv" principles and practices to organizations and individuals worldwide, since the publication of his book , "Playing Along: 37 Group Learning Activities Borrowed from Improvisation Theater" in 1997. Izzy has presented at numerous IAF (International Association of Facilitators) conferences and coaches facilitators on ways to increase their comfort with, and command of, experiential activities and humor.
