Virtual program

The development of leadership talent is a $160 billion global industry, and much has been written about how to design and develop effective programs and processes.  In our roles as internal practitioners or external consultants, many of us have been involved in driving or supporting such initiatives.  In this program we’ll hear from three panelists on leadership development programs that they designed and implemented.  They will each share their overall design, challenges and recommendations.  Participants will have an opportunity to discuss how they could apply what they learned to their own work.
