Presence. It's about how we show up as coaches and facilitators. What does it entail? Like many skillsets, presence is on a continuum. From a basic presence, a sense of the field that allows us to pay attention while driving, to a much more refined depth of presence that can create a safe space for group conversation or for a client's self-discovery. To stay present continuously through all manner of disruption or interruption, is a skill requiring rigor and perseverance. Its power is not to be underestimated. Join us to explore, and practice, how we deepen our own presence and turn it into the most powerful tool we have to support individuals and groups to transform. Takeaways:
A deepened clarity about what presence is and how much of that skill set you embody
A clear path for cultivation of presence: noting sensation, being able to interpret the sensation, and being able to translate what is arising into inquiry questions and /or interventions in the room.
