As a follow-up to an excellent session in March 2018, we invited Chris Wahl back to further our collective learning about adult development. In 2018, she spoke about the conventional stages, which is where most of our clients land. But not all. This time, she will cover more territory, including the two "most-likely-you-could-meet" post-conventional stages - and how a person transitions to the post-conventional way of making meaning. She will go over the stages that most effectively perform common leadership tasks. You will get insights on your own development, and you will learn concepts you can apply in your work.
