Details:How do we know something when we don’t know it?  How can you reach into a larger presence when you’re feeling contracted?  Recent developments in neuroscience point us toward a more cognitively- informed somatic awareness.  Growing our capacity to notice from within—embodied self-awareness—is a central skill in expanding our coaching and facilitation practice.  Come explore with us. Learn some exercises on centering, breathing and related listening and sensing skills.
