Peter Bregman, MBA, MCC, RYT, is the CEO of Bregman Partners, a company that helps people and organizations get massive traction on the things that are most important to them. He is a best-selling author of 18 Minutes, Four Seconds, and Point B. He is also a regular contributor to Harvard Business Review, Fast Company, Forbes, NPR, and Psychology Today. Peter began his career teaching leadership on wilderness and mountaineering expeditions and then moved into the consulting field with the Hay Group and Accenture. Peter has coached and advised CEOs and senior leaders in many of the world’s premier organizations.
