Details
Coaching, consulting and other OD interventions have to evolve to cope with new forms of work and organization.  The philosophy and principles of process consultation still hold, but the tactics of how we relate to our client systems require a new and dialogic way of thinking, being and relating to deal with complex interdependencies, multi-cultural task groups, and new organizational forms.  Fundamental to this new way is to aim for more personalized relationships in all client situations in order to maximize trust and openness.  The effective OD consultant and coach of the future will be situationally agile and dialogic in orientation in order to help clients to become more adaptive and learning oriented.
