Interpersonal Neurobiology is an interdisciplinary field, pioneered by Dr. Daniel Siegel, which integrates many fields such as neuroscience, psychology, biology, cognitive science, sociology - in an effort to understand how relationships and the brain interact to shape who we are. We’ll be using this lens to explore how we are all shaped by our relationships and how relational blindspots can form as a result. Join us to discover the interpersonal neurobiology of relational blindspots and learn to identify common blindspot patterns.
The audience will walk away with :
an understanding of what creates relational blindspots
knowledge of patterns of commonly occurring blindspots
understanding of how to use the InSight Mapping tool to map the client’s internal experience using their own language.
possibilities for using coaching core competencies to create awareness in their clients about their blindspots.

Prior to Learning in Action, Alison specialized in coaching CEO/owners and was a Chair for Vistage International, a worldwide CEO membership organization. She has also worked in a series of Fortune 500 companies, practiced as a CPA with Ernst and Young and earned an MBA from University of Chicago.
