Becoming a masterful team coach requires a fundamental understanding of the models and frameworks that make teams effective as well as the human dynamics that are present within teams throughout their lifecycle. It also requires the willingness and ability to make real-time interventions (aka ‘moves’) within teams in order to improve their effectiveness and performance and produce their desired business results.

In this workshop, we will:
• Explore a simple, yet effective team coaching model
• Review what is required to be able to make moves with the leader and with individual team members
• Observe a set of group dynamics in a simulated environment
• Observe and work live with team coaching moves in a simulated team coaching environment
