Processes to create transformation are not just about the organizational development tools we use. There are many, and the right tools are crucial for effective processes. Most importantly, the heartsets and mindsets with which we enter space and use our tools are an essential factor in creating the possibility of transformation.

In this interactive session, we will explore the essence of transformation—what it asks of us as consultants, facilitators, and change agents, how we embody it in our work, and why it matters ever more in these times.

Through reflective practices, small group discussions, and shared inquiry, this workshop will invite participants into a deepened understanding of the work of transformational consulting.

Together, we will investigate:

What transformation means in the context of consulting and organizational development—not just as a goal, but as a way of being

How we hold transformational space for others

Practices and mindsets for being agents for transformation

By the end of the session, participants will have clarified their own relationship to transformation—what it means, why it matters, their internal practices for holding transformation, and how they shape contexts for transformation in their work.
